摘要：Embodiments of the present invention provide an array substrate, a fabricationmethod thereof and a display device. The array substrate comprises a driver IC and pixelunits, wherein each port of the driver IC is connected to a plurality of pixel units through
a connecting structure, each connecting structure comprises a connecting line connectedbetween a port of the driver IC and a plurality of pixel units, at least some of theconnecting structures also comprise resistance regulating units for changing the totalresistance values of the connecting structures, and the resistance regulating units areconnected in series with the respective connecting lines; and/or the resistance regulatingunits are connected in parallel with parts of the respective connecting lines, so that thedifferences among resistance values of connecting structures can be reduced, and in turnthe display effect of a display panel is improved.
