摘要：The overvoltage protection mechanism has a p-doped slow CMOS technologytransistor (MP) with the drain and source connected across the voltage source (V+,V-). Asecond CMOS technology n-doped transistor (MN) is connected between the grid of thefirst transistor and the negative rail. There are resistors (20,22) between the first
transistor grid and positive rail and the second transistor grid and negative rail, producingcurrent sources. A capacitor (C) has a first side connected to the positive rail (V+) and asecond side connected to the gate of the second type transistor.
