摘要：The present invention relates to oil-in-water emulsion compositions that areuseful for personal cleansing and for depositing an active ingredient upon the skinsurface. The active ingredient in these compositions has a solubility parameter fromabout 7 to about 13. A preferred active ingredient is salicylic acid.
