摘要：A digital TV including a receiving part for receiving a broadcasting signal andbroadcasting information, a video processing module and an audio processing module forreproducing video and audio corresponding to the broadcasting signal, respectively, apower source for supplying power, and a controller for determining whether a video

Thepresent invention provides a digital TV, which is capable of preventing unnecessary powerconsumption by interrupting the supply of power to a video processing module duringplayback of an audio broadcasting, and a control method thereof.
