　　t: now guess what am i doing? (teacher acts and let the pupils guess)

　　c.presentation

　　a. teach crying, laughing and jumping

　　t: look at this boy, he is crying.

　　(draw a crying face on the blackboard)

　　(write “my”, “by” next to the word)

　　t: read after me, my, by, cry, crying.

　　(pupils practise this word and act)

　　t: now the boy is happy. (draw a smiling face)

　　t: (take out a paper frog) what’s this? it’s a paper frog.

　　(write “umbrella” on the blackboard) jump, jumping

　　(practise this word and jump on the floor)

　　game: 1. high and low voice (read in different voices)

　　2. maggic eyes

　　(look at the teacher’s mouth and guess which word)

　　3. ask some pupils to come to the blackboard and act the words, others guess.

　　t: boys and girls, i have some pictures here. let’s make sentences. for example: the mouse is sitting.

　　(put this picture on the blackboard)

　　(take out other pictures)

　　p1: the dog is jumping.

　　p2: the mouse is eating.

　　p3: the mouse is dancing.

　　p4: the dog is crying and the mouse is laughing.

　　p5: the dog is running. the mouse is running, too.

　　t: yes, the dog is running after the mouse.

　　(write “after” on the blackboard, practise “running after”)

　　(show some toys, let them running)

　　t: look! the tiger is running after the dog.

　　the elephant is running after the tiger.

　　c. teach phrases: on the dog’s head, the dog’s food

　　t: now i wil draw a picture for you.

　　(draw a room with a bed, desk and a door)

　　t: (show a toy mouse) where is the mouse?

　　p1: the mouse is under the desk.

　　t: (put the mouse on the toy dog) now where is the mouse?

　　ps: the mouse is on the dog.

　　t: yes, the mouse is on the dog’s head.

　　t: look at these words: room, zoo, too, can you read “food”?

　　ps: yes, [fu:d] .

　　t: (take out a bone) this is dog’s food.

　　(write this phrase on the blackboard)

　　t: (draw a banana) this is …

　　ps: monkey’s food

　　t: (draw a carrot)

　　ps: this is rabbit’s food.

　　t: look at this picture. the mouse is eating the dog’s food.

　　d.consolidation

　　a. move the pictures.

　　t: now listen to the story, put these 6 pictures in correct order. (pupils listen and move the pictures)

　　b. read after the tape.

　　c. put the words in correct order.

　　t: i have some cards. each group will get some cards. please work in groups and make a sentence.

　　t: now let’s check the sentences.

　　d. retell this story.

　　e. homework

　　a. listen to the tape and read the story.

　　b.try your best to tell your parents or friends about this story.
