建议你有空看点英语杂志，上面有日常交际的里面找找，肯定有的。或者找个身边懂点英语的人请教下的，做服务员只要简单的几句就好了的。例如客人来，你说Hello,或者Hi打个招呼表示友好.然后他看菜单时，你可以上前问：Can I help you ?(我能帮你什么吗)，如果他说让你推荐下特色菜，你可以说下菜的名字，不知道菜怎么用英文表示，可以指着菜单上的有图片的说：This is delicious.（这很可口）。然后看他怎么说，他点头你记得说That's all?Think you!(就这些了吗、谢谢)。自己再学点适情况而定吧~~~ 只要你面带微笑，他会感觉到你为服务很快乐就好！微笑无界~~~加油
