excel忘记密码是无法找回的，但可以删除加密数据，来解锁excel文件，具体操作如下：
1、首先选中被加密的excel文件，按F2键把文件后缀名改为rar。
2、然后双击打开该压缩文件，选择打开XL文件夹。
3、接着打开worksheets文件夹，将sheet1.xml文件拖到桌面。
4、右键该文件选择使用记事本打开，按Ctrl+F键查找protection。
5、删除该词所在尖括号内的全部内容并保存，再将该文件拖回压缩包。
6、最后在弹窗中点击确定按钮，将压缩文件后缀名重新改为XLSX即可。

1、打开文件
2、工具---宏----录制新宏---输入名字如:aa
3、停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)
4、工具---宏----宏,选aa,点编辑按钮
5、删除窗口中的所有字符(只有几个),替换为下面的内容:(复制吧)
6、关闭编辑窗口
7、工具---宏-----宏,选AllInternalPasswords,运行,确定两次,等2分钟,再确定.OK,没有密码了!!

今天刚发现，很简单，
把文件的后缀改成rar，然后解压找到\xl\worksheets\文件夹下面的sheet1就代表第一个工作簿，sheet2代表第二个，一次类推，你要解锁哪个工作簿想到对应的sheet点右键编辑，直接拉到最下面删掉<sheetProtection .......................................>，然后保存替换掉压缩文件里面这个文件，再把后缀改回xls或者xlsx，打开，完美解锁
不过该方法只适用于工作簿，如果excel 2007以上版本的文件打开密码忘了，那就找专家解决吧。
对了，楼上那个兄弟的宏代码我这边excel 2016提示代码有问题，而且就算改成正确的代码我这执行了一个多小时也没破解出来，当然也有可能是密码设的太复杂了。
